With exceptional craftsmanship and technology, he has provided high-quality products and services to international luxury brands, earning unanimous praise from clients. 

Jimmy upholds strict quality standards and is dedicated to production management while continually pursuing innovation in product design and technology. Over the past 30 years, he has not only inherited the craftsmanship spirit of leather masters but also skillfully integrated modern scientific management methods, achieving a perfect blend of traditional techniques and modern technology.

Bester's development owes much to the collective effort of his employees and the strong support of his customers. Many of the company’s employees have more than ten years of experience in high-end leather goods, enabling Bester to consistently provide premium products and efficient technical services to international famous brands and large wholesalers.

In 2012, driven by his passion for leather goods and commitment to craftsmanship, Jimmy and his friends Dale Chen and Jerry Zheng, founded Xiamen Bester Leather Goods. The company focuses on producing high-end genuine leather belts, bags, and wallets. 

From a startup team of six to a current workforce of over 150 employees.
